A 71-year-old woman was seen in the TIA clinic one day after an episode of transient left-sided arm and leg weakness

A 71-year-old woman was seen in the TIA clinic one day after an episode of transient left-sided arm and leg weakness. The episode lasted approximately 15 minutes and had resolved spontaneously by the time she was seen in A&E. She has been well since. She has a past medical history of hypertension. A CT head performed in A&E did not demonstrate any acute abnormalities and she was prescribed 300 mg aspirin. In the TIA clinic, an ECG is performed, showing the following:
