A 76-year-old man was assessed on the neurorehabilitation unit. He had a large right middle cerebellar artery stroke

A 76-year-old man was assessed on the neurorehabilitation unit. He had a large right middle cerebellar artery stroke three months previously resulting in persistent left-sided weakness. He has been continually working with the physiotherapist to improve his tone and function and has shown some improvement, however his arm has become increasingly stiff, his function has slightly declined and he has been suffering from painful spasms in his arm. On examination, he has increased tone in his left arm and it is held against his chest. His fingers have clenched towards a fist. As well as being managed by the multidisciplinary team and ongoing physiotherapy, it is elected to commence pharmacological therapy. Which medication would be the most appropriate addition in the management of this case?
