A 46-year-old man presents with bilateral eye pain. His past medical history includes psoriasis, for which he is currently using emollients and has not needed topical steroids for over 4 years. He is concerned that the fingers on his left hand have been stiff for the last 2 months, more so in the mornings, and ‘look like sausages’. On examination of his eyes, he is slightly sensitive to the light and the conjunctival tissues are hyperaemic. There seem to be cells in the anterior chamber on slit lamp examination. What is the most likely diagnosis?
