A 50-year-old lady is known to rheumatology for systemic lupus erythematosus.

A 50-year-old lady is known to rheumatology for systemic lupus erythematosus. She presents to the medical take with difficulty reading and a change in colour vision. Other past medical history includes breast cancer and severe CKD. Her lupus has been well controlled for over 5 years, but she has unfortunately not brought along her medications list. Her visual acuity is 6/24 in the right eye and 6/36 in the left eye. How would you manage this patient?
