Three days into admission, she becomes more confused and agitated, and you are called by the nursing staff because she keeps trying to leave the ward. When you speak to her, she finds it difficult to focus on what you are saying and appears instead to be looking at something beside her bed that you cannot see. CT head finds no acute changes.
