A 20-year-old woman presents with slowly worsening right knee pain. She has also had a mild fever and a red eye a few days ago. She recalls that 4 weeks previously, she had ‘food poisoning’ after a barbeque with bloody diarrhoea. She is normally fit and well. On examination there is some swelling and pain, with movement possible. What treatment is most likely to improve her symptoms?
