An 18-year-old man attends A&E whilst travelling in the UK. He states that he lost his medications, but is supposed to be on a long-term tablet. This was started 3 years ago after he suffered from joint pains, fever and a rash after a throat infection. He recalls the rash moved around and lasted for months. He has no allergies.
