Mr James came into A&E with collapse.

Mr James came into A&E with collapse. He was found to be unresponsive and in complete heart block. He was resuscitated on arrival in A&E resus and commenced on isoprenaline. He had a dual chamber pacemaker placed in with no immediate post-procedure complications. He has no known drug allergies. He is asymptomatic when you see him in the recovery suite.
