A 68-year-old lady presents with a deeply punched out yet small and well circumscribed, painful ulcer on the surface of her foot. She has a long-standing history of left-sided burning pain like sensations on the soles of her feet, especially at night and often notices them even whilst sitting in the living room. Although undergoing general investigations and has received an ABPI reading of 0.3, your consultant would like you to order a first-line imaging test to assess the quality of the arterial supply to the foot.
