A 7-year-old boy is brought in by his mother, complaining of a painful lump on his little finger. The GP performs dermoscopy and gives you the following report: 

Solitary, purple nodule, 0.5mm in diameter. It has a polypoid appearance and appears to be bleeding, with minor ulceration.
