A 28-year-old female attends her GP, complaining of a lump in her left breast. Upon questioning, she reveals that she first noticed the lump 3-months ago, but that in the last week, it has suddenly grown in size and has become very painful. She denies any skin changes or nipple discharge. Her last menstrual period was 8 days ago and lasted for 5 days. On examination, there is a smooth, mobile, tender mass in the left breast, with a ‘grape’ like consistency. A subsequent ultrasound scan shows a round anechoic mass, with circumscribed margins and posterior acoustic enhancement. What is the most likely diagnosis?
