A 37-year-old male presents complaining of an itchy scalp

A 37-year-old male presents complaining of an itchy scalp. He says it is a constant distraction throughout the day, and is embarrassed by his excess dandruff. On examination there is a red-scaly rash distributed in the hairline of his scalp. It is also present in his eyebrows and nasolabial folds.
