Unlike MEN 2a, it is associated with Marfan’s syndrome and ganglioneuromas:
- Phaeochromocytoma
- Medullary thyroid cancer
- Marfan’s syndrome
- Neuromas around lips and tongue
- Ganglioneuromas of the bowel
