A 22-year-old unemployed male with a history of acne presents to his GP

A 22-year-old unemployed male with a history of acne presents to his GP. He has noticed a very itchy lesion on his shoulder, that has been present for several weeks. It is oval shaped, 3cm in size, red and has areas of blistering which appear to be crusting over, with clear borders. There is no central hypopigmentation.
