A 30-year-old lady presents at her 6-week postnatal check-up

A 30-year-old lady presents at her 6-week postnatal check-up and describes having had pain and tenderness on the radial side of the wrist for some time. She describes no paraesthesia. Her GP examines her and finds the Finkelstein manoeuvre to be positive.
