A 73-year old man presents to the GP with back pain

A 73-year old man presents to the GP with back pain. He states that this pain has been present for the last month, and that he also has begun to notice some tenderness over his hip in this time, fatigue and looser clothing.  

Your examination reveals tender points over his lower back and right ASIS. There is no identifiable neurological deficit.
