A 25-year-old male comes into A&E complaining of severe pain in his knees

A 25-year-old male comes into A&E complaining of severe pain in his knees. On closer questioning he volunteers that he has recently returned from holiday in Thailand, where he had unprotected sexual intercourse with a fellow traveller. He has also been experiencing pain on urination. A joint aspirate and blood cultures are negative.
