A 35 year old lady presents saying that she has been getting worsening headaches for the past 5 months

A 35 year old lady presents saying that she has been getting worsening headaches for the past 5 months, since she started her new job, though she has had similar episodes for the past 5 years. She gets the headaches roughly 4 times a week. She describes them as a tightening around her head and although they often worsen as the day progresses she manages to continue with her normal activity. She has no associated nausea or photophobia. 

She has a normal neurological exam, but you do notice some tenderness down her sternocleidomastoids.
