A 60-year-old woman tells you that her motor function has been decreasing gradually

A 60-year-old woman tells you that her motor function has been decreasing gradually. She has had difficulty getting out of her chair recently and struggles to get up the stairs more than she used to. Bilateral proximal muscle weakness is confirmed on examination. While examining her you also notice a symmetrical rash in the periorbital region and some odd dark-red papules on her knuckles and wrists.
