A 35-year-old female presents to the GP because she is having sleeping problems. Two months ago, she saw someone jump in front of a tube train and since then has been having flashbacks most nights, making it hard to sleep, and when she does, she experiences vivid dreams. She has avoided getting the tube and trains since and is now taking the bus to work. At work she finds it difficult to concentrate.
