A 43-year-old female presents to ENT clinic with recurrent acute attacks of tinnitus, hearing loss and vertigo irrespective of head movements. These symptoms initially started 6 months ago and have been worsening with more frequent recurrent attacks. She described no triggers for these acute attacks and denied any previous viral illness. Physical examinations revealed mild right-sided sensorineural hearing loss and nystagmus towards the right side. No known family history and past medical history. Further investigations revealed a low-frequency sensorineural hearing loss of the right side, and MRI brain scan revealed no abnormalities. Based on this presentation, what is the first line management plan to reduce frequency of sudden attacks?
