A 20-year-old male presents with persistent pain in his right hand and wrist
A 20-year-old male presents with persistent pain in his right hand and wrist. This came on two weeks ago following an accident while driving his wagon. He describes having to brake suddenly causing hyperextension of the wrist, after which he attended A&E and was reassured that his X-ray showed no fractures. On examination, you note maximal tenderness in the anatomical snuffbox.
