A 79-year-old lady presents with a lump on her left cheek

A 79-year-old lady presents with a lump on her left cheek. It is painless and has been increasing in size over the past 5 years. Her right cheek also appears to have a lump but is not as big as the left. This has not affected her ability to chew or swallow, but she is mainly bothered by the look of it. The lump on the left is firm in consistency, while the right lump is soft.
