A 68-year-old lady is seen on a medical ward as she has chest pain

A 68-year-old lady is seen on a medical ward as she has chest pain. She describes it as a heavy sensation that is causing her to feel quite anxious. It started as she walked from the ward to the café for a drink with her family. On examination, she appears clammy, her pulse rate is 106, and her blood pressure is 105/96. Examination of her chest is unremarkable. A troponin is sent, and in the meantime, an ECG is performed which shows sinus tachycardia.
