A 28-year-old woman is brought to A&E, having been knocked off her bicycle by a car

A 28-year-old woman is brought to A&E, having been knocked off her bicycle by a car. She sustained a head injury, losing consciousness for several minutes, and is groggy on arrival at A&E, with a GCS of 14 out of 15. She is complaining of a headache, and on examination is noted to have significant bruising surrounding both of her eyes.
