A 29-year-old lady has intermittent colicky pain in her right loin

A 29-year-old lady has intermittent colicky pain in her right loin and has vomited twice. She is epileptic for which she takes topiramate, and she has been seizure-free for 2.5 years. An abdominal x-ray is performed, which appears normal. A CT KUB is requested, which reveals renal stones.
