A 29-week pregnant, 31-year-old, multiparous woman presents to the hospital

A 29-week pregnant, 31-year-old, multiparous woman presents to the hospital with severe abdominal pain. It is colicky in nature and associated with haematuria. She has been sick twice. Simple analgesics have had no impact on the pain. Renal ultrasound is performed which reveals renal stones that are unlikely to pass spontaneously due to their size.
