You are an FY2 in your GP rotation. Mrs Hamid has brought her 13-year-old daughter to see you. Her child has a past medical history of asthma. Mrs Hamid is concerned as her daughter has a very itchy rash. They have tried moisturisers, but it appears that not only is the rash getting larger but also getting increasingly itchy and slightly painful for her daughter.

On examination, you find numerous vesicles in the left 5th intercostal space and the left side of her back at the same dermatomal level as the 5th intercostal space.

Given the findings what is the likely diagnosis?
