A 66-year-old lady presents with an ovarian mass found incidentally during her previous admission for acute cholecystitis. A pelvic ultrasound identified an 8cm complex ovarian cyst. CA-125 level was measured to be 45 U/mL (normal range: 0-46 U/mL).
