A 19-year-old male is brought to the Emergency department by police following an assault on his father. His father is in attendance and informs the doctor that over the past 4 months, his son has been increasingly paranoid about his family members. He believes that his food tastes different because it is being poisoned by his aunt, and he feels itchy because his body cream has also been poisoned. The 19-year-old informs the doctor that the government has hacked his phone and that they are spying on him so that they can frame him for the murder of the Queen. His concerns are severe enough that he has been carrying a knife with him when he leaves home. He has no previous history of physical illness, mental illness or family history of any psychiatric illnesses. However, on further questioning, his father reports that his son has been smoking Cannabis and MAMBA regularly. What is the most likely diagnosis?
