A 27-year-old woman presents to her GP complaining of a two-day history of dysuria, urinary frequency, and urgency. She also mentions a feeling of lower abdominal discomfort. She has no fever, back pain, or history of similar symptoms. Her medical history is unremarkable, and she is currently not on any medication. On examination, her vital signs are normal, and abdominal palpation reveals mild suprapubic tenderness. Urinalysis shows the presence of nitrites and leukocytes.
