A 32-year-old woman presents with a two-week history of redness, pain, and blurred vision in her left eye. She also reports increased sensitivity to light and occasional floaters. She has no significant past medical history. On examination, her left eye is red, especially around the iris, and there is tearing. Visual acuity is slightly reduced in the left eye compared to the right. Slit-lamp examination reveals cells in the anterior chamber and mild flare.
