A 42-year-old man presents with a 3-week history of episodes of vertigo lasting less than a minute, triggered by changes in head position, such as getting out of bed or tilting his head upwards.

A 42-year-old man presents with a 3-week history of episodes of vertigo lasting less than a minute, triggered by changes in head position, such as getting out of bed or tilting his head upwards. He reports no associated hearing loss, tinnitus, or ear pain. His symptoms are significantly affecting his daily activities. There is no history of trauma or recent upper respiratory tract infection.

Investigations:

General ENT Examination: Normal, with no signs of ear infection or other abnormalities.
