A 55-year-old woman presents with a newly discovered lump in her right breast. She has no family history of breast cancer and no significant personal medical history. On examination, the lump is about 2 cm in diameter, firm, and non-tender, located in the upper outer quadrant. Mammography and ultrasound confirm the presence of a solitary breast mass with suspicious features. A core needle biopsy is performed.
Investigation:

The patient is post-menopausal with no evidence of visceral crisis.
