A 68-year-old woman with a history of lung cancer presents with increasing dyspnea and a persistent cough. She was diagnosed with stage II non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) six months ago. Her medical history is significant for hypertension and type 2 diabetes. She is a non-smoker. Recent imaging shows no evidence of metastasis. Her ECOG performance status is 2. She has not yet started treatment for lung cancer.

Investigation:

CT chest: Right upper lobe lung mass, no lymphadenopathy or pleural effusion.
