Mr Parker is a 35-year-old man with a recent diagnosis of metastatic testicular cancer and is receiving chemotherapy, which was last given two weeks ago. He is struggling to come to terms with the diagnosis and has been diagnosed with moderate depression. He is undergoing CBT but has also been started on sertraline earlier this week by his GP. He is brought to A&E with tachycardia (108), fever (40.9), muscle rigidity, new confusion and is clammy to touch. Given the most likely diagnosis, which treatment option should be given initially?
