Myasthenia gravis

Patients may complain of associated symptoms such as dysphagia, dysarthria and dyspnoea, which worsen as the day goes on and improve with rest. Ocular signs include ptosis, sometimes beginning as unilateral, which frequently shifts from one eye to the other to eventually become bilateral. Pupils are never involved in myasthenia.
