A 19-year-old man presented with extensive purpuric rash over his back, buttocks and lower limbs. He had an upper respiratory tract infection 2 weeks prior, and this has fully resolved. He was hypertensive on presentation with a blood pressure of 172/95 and heart rate 75bpm. His IgA level was raised. What would you expect to find in his urine dip analysis?
