A 23-year-old male from Somalia presents with gradual worsening bilateral weakness affecting his hands and feet. This was accompanied by increasing numbness and burning sensation along her hands and feet. Examination revealed reduced fine touch and vibration sensation with reduced power 3/5 in all muscle groups. Areflexia was noted. No other neurological signs or symptoms were noted. No additional findings were noted on examination. MUST score was 4.
