A 23-year-old presents to the GP practice after having 2 episodes of feeling like she was being suffocated, breathlessness and tingling in her arms.  These episodes lasted a few minutes and then resolved spontaneously. This has never happened before and is worried that she has had a heart attack.  She is normally fit and well. On both occasions, these symptoms occurred following a heated argument with her partner. Her observations are normal.
