A 23-year-old woman presents with 6-month history of shortness of breath. He has a past medical history of eczema and ankylosing spondylitis. He smokes 20 cigarettes daily. On examination, chest auscultation is normal with BMI pf 27. Chest X-ray is normal. Lung function test shows FEV1 of 70% and normal FVC. FEV1/FVC of 75%.
