She reports multiple episodes of shoulder and jaw dislocations as a child. She was able to reduce these dislocations by herself. Her skin easily bruises, tears on minimal injury and requires prolonged healing time. On examination today, multiple scars are visible on her shins and forearm with a “cigarette-paper” appearance. Skin hyperelasticity and multiple bruises along her hands and legs are also noted. She can touch her ᶠᶦᶠᵗʰ finger and thumb to her forearm, and her elbows can extend up to 15 degrees bilaterally.
