A 27-year-old lady presents with a history of recurrent headaches over the past couple of months, worse in the morning

A 27-year-old lady presents with a history of recurrent headaches over the past couple of months, worse in the morning. For the past 2 days it has been increasing in intensity and is now associated with new blurring of her vision. She has a BMI of 27 and has a past medical history of depression and polycystic ovarian syndrome. On examination, she is noted to have bilateral papilloedema and left lateral rectus palsy. CT head was normal. MR venogram was normal. Lumbar puncture is being arranged.
