A 28-year-old female presents to the GP surgery as she is concerned about a rash affecting her face (see image below). She first noticed it around 2 weeks ago. She is concerned about its appearance as she is struggling with her confidence. It is not itchy or hot, but she has tried some over-the-counter creams which have not helped. She also complains of feeling generally fatigued and that her joints are aching more in the last week.
