A 30-year-old lady presents to her GP with loss of appetite and fever for the past 2 months.

A 30-year-old lady presents to her GP with loss of appetite and fever for the past 2 months. She noticed pain in both her arms, especially when at work as a cashier. On presentation her blood pressure is 88/62mmHg on her right arm and 56/40mmHg on the left. She also has low blood pressure when taken on both her legs. She has no significant past medical or family history of note.
