A 30-year-old lady presents with severe headaches associated with momentary darkening of vision when standing

A 30-year-old lady presents with severe headaches associated with momentary darkening of vision when standing. She has bilateral papilloedema and is being investigated for a cause. CT head and MR venogram were normal. Lumbar puncture was performed, the results of which are pending. The current provisional diagnosis is idiopathic intracranial hypertension.
