A 30-year-old male was referred to the Cardiology clinic because of intermittent palpitations and shortness of breath. A fixed splitting of the second heart sound and a systolic flow murmur on the left parasternal border was heard on auscultation. A transthoracic echocardiogram revealed moderate right atrial and ventricular dilatation. The tricuspid and pulmonary valves were unremarkable. Right ventricular systolic pressure was estimated at 35mmHg. As he was slim, optimum echocardiographic images were obtained, which revealed no obvious colour flow across the intra-atrial and ventricular septum. What is the likely diagnosis?
