A 35-year-old female presents to the hospital feeling tired, dizzy, experiencing a lack of menstruation

A 35-year-old female presents to the hospital feeling tired, dizzy, experiencing a lack of menstruation and being unable to breastfeed 8 months after the birth of her second child. She had a history of excessive blood loss during delivery, requiring ICU support for 3 weeks. On examination, she appeared pale with no pigmentation, had a systolic blood pressure of 100/70 mmHg with a deficit of about 20 mmHg upon standing after 5 minutes. Her breast examination was normal, with no palpable lymphadenopathy. Blood results are shown below.

Haemoglobin 100 g/l (130-170)
Sodium 128 mmol/l (135-146)
TSH 4 mU/l (0.38 -5.33)
Free T4 13 pmol/l (7.9-14.4)
ACTH 10 pg/ml (10-60)
Cortisol 9am 130 nmol/l (171-536)
Prolactin 120 mIU /l (<700)
LH (luteal phase) 5.0 IU/l (0.5-14)
FSH (luteal phase) 4.9 IU/l (1.0-11)

Given the blood tests results above and thinking about the likely diagnosis, what MRI pituitary findings are most likely expected in this patient?
