A 41-year-old woman with a history of hypertension, congestive heart failure

A 41-year-old woman with a history of hypertension, congestive heart failure, and type 2 diabetes mellitus presents with abdominal pain. She complains of dull pain localised primarily to her RUQ. The pain often radiates to her right shoulder, tends to be postprandial, and is not alleviated with over-the-counter medications. Examination and observations are normal, although a large body habitus is noted. Bloods are unremarkable.
