A 43-year-old lady presents with ongoing exertional dyspnoea for the last three months. She has no other medical condition apart from a recent diagnosis of GORD, for which she has been started on lansoprazole with limited benefit. She has had a chest x-ray and some pulmonary function tests at her GP’s, and these are unremarkable. On examination you notice some telangiectasia and some morphea. You order some investigations. Which of these results are most likely to be positive?
